We proudly provide international shipping services to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If your shipping address falls in one of these regions, we will contact you immediately.

Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. Occasionally, due to free shipping, tracking may not be available.
If your tracking says “No information available,” please allow 1-5 business days for it to update. If no information is available after 5 days, contact us at hello@lextonbrand.com.
Lost or Missing Packages
- Incorrect Address: If the wrong address is provided at checkout, LextonBrand is not liable for lost packages. Please double-check your billing and shipping information before submitting your order.
- Our Mistake: If we make an error, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.
Customs Fees

Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately, even if you’ve requested combined shipping.
